    • Figure Out Your Problems

In the first 2-4 visits we provide an in-depth, whole-body assessment and treatment to determine all of the contributors to your pain & dysfunction.

    • Jejolla Physio & Stretch
    • The Corrective Phase

Now with a clear plan, we provide treatment, to the underlying causes, to correct them and help you feel better.

    • Jejolla Physio & Stretch
    • Build It Back In

At this stage you are improving. We continue whole-body care, with both hands-on techniques & corrective exercises, to challenge your system. As a result, you will be able to return to daily activities without experiencing symptoms.

    • Jejolla Physio & Stretch
    • Stabilization

At this point you are pain free, feel strong, and don’t have other symptoms. We teach you what to do so you don’t have to worry about your symptoms returning.

    • Jejolla Physio & Stretch
    • Recovery & Prevention

We provide ongoing treatment, tune-ups or annual check ups to help you stay strong, active and symptom free. Annual check ups are beneficial for women as hormones change in perimenopause and menopause and pelvic floor symptoms tend to recur. Ongoing pelvic health, spine, neck and TM joint PT can help with symptom and pain prevention and will advance strength and flexibility. This phase may include myofascial release, joint mobilization, dry needling, pelvic floor exercises, postural exercises and advanced strengthening, core work, flexibility and balance exercises.
